Program Coordinator, Customer Engagement
Are you detail-driven and client-minded, with a knack for keeping complex programs organized and moving?
About the role
Spotlight’s User Review practice helps B2B technology companies build and maintain their presence on the peer review platforms that buyers trust most — G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and PeerSpot. The Program Coordinator is a foundational role on this growing team: supporting Program Managers in executing customer review campaigns, keeping outreach logistics on track, and ensuring every client program hits its targets on time.
This is an entry-level position with a clear and intentional growth path. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and senior team members, learning the full review sourcing lifecycle while owning the day-to-day execution that keeps client programs moving. No prior experience with peer review platforms is required — you’ll be trained and equipped to excel. Successful Program Coordinators are promoted to Program Manager within 18–24 months.
Those effective in this role…
· Coordinate customer outreach logistics — building and maintaining reviewer contact lists, tracking outreach status, and flagging follow-up needs — to keep campaigns running on schedule against program KPIs.
· Respond quickly to time-sensitive campaign needs, including G2 seasonal report windows and Gartner Peer Insights award cycles, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
· Pull and organize user review data from Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and other platforms, tracking key metrics such as review volume, ratings, willingness-to-recommend scores, and category coverage.
· Visualize review performance data into clear, client-ready dashboards and reports that support Program Managers in delivering monthly updates and strategic recommendations.
· Create and maintain client documentation including outreach templates, campaign trackers, case study databases, and platform-specific reporting materials.
· Support day-to-day client communication by helping prepare status updates, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes under the direction of a Program Manager.
· Perform administrative tasks including scheduling multi-party meetings, reviewing client-facing materials for accuracy and grammar, and supporting agenda preparation.
What you bring
Organization and reliability. You juggle multiple client programs and deadlines without losing track of anything. You’re detail-oriented in how you execute and proactive about surfacing issues before they become problems.
Clear communication. You write well — clearly, correctly, and with genuine attention to how things land for the reader. You’re comfortable supporting client-facing materials and know the difference between a good draft and a polished one.
Analytical mindset. You’re comfortable with data — pulling it, organizing it, and turning it into something a client can understand at a glance. Spreadsheets and trackers don’t intimidate you; they’re how you stay on top of things.
Collaborative energy. You work well alongside Program Managers and teammates, take direction well, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to the work every day.
You could come from a business, marketing, communications, or customer relations background — or be early in your career with the right mix of curiosity, organization, and drive. A genuine interest in B2B technology and marketing will serve you well here.
