Delivery Team Intern
Are you curious about how the world’s biggest tech companies build and shape their reputations with B2B buyers — and ready to spend a summer getting an inside view of how that work actually gets done?
About the role
At Spotlight, our Delivery Teams are at the heart of what we do. Their work spans four areas – Analyst Relations, Customer Engagement, B2B Influencer Relations, and Research & Intelligence – and they help enterprise technology companies build influence that gets them seen by potential buyers. As a Delivery Team Intern, you’ll work closely with one of Spotlight’s client-facing teams, contributing to real deliverables, learning how our programs operate, and getting a front-row seat to the strategy and execution that makes them successful.
You’ll get exposure to a variety of projects — deliverable creation, data collection, research, and client-facing work — alongside cross-team collaboration that gives you a broader picture of how Spotlight operates. Interns who perform well have the opportunity to continue with Spotlight part-time or full-time after the program ends.
What you’ll work on
Support client-facing deliverables across multiple accounts, contributing to the content, data, and research that keeps programs moving.
Get immersed in the programs of Spotlight’s enterprise tech clients and learn how Influence Orchestration connects to broader marketing and growth strategy.
Collaborate on cross-team projects that give you visibility into how different parts of Spotlight work together.
Attend company events, expand your professional network, and contribute to community outreach efforts.
What you bring
Curiosity and range. You’re interested in business, technology, and how companies build their market presence. You don’t need to know what influence orchestration is before you arrive — you just need to want to learn it.
Communication skills. You write and communicate clearly, can adapt your style to different audiences, and approach every interaction with professionalism and warmth.
Collaborative energy. You work well with others, take direction well, manage your time across competing priorities, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to whatever comes your way.
AI tool experience. You have had general exposure to AI tools and feel comfortable exploring how to implement them to make your day more efficient.
You could come from corporate communications, business, public relations, marketing, or any field where curiosity and strong communication skills matter.
